Scrum master

Job Description:

• Guide and coach the development team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to achieve business objectives.
• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and foster an environment for the team to be effective and self-organizing.
• Work with product owners to ensure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for the next sprint.
• Assisting in writing tasks for the team for all programming specialties
• Shield the team from external interference and ensure the team is focused on delivering high-quality products.
• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution within the team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Track and communicate team metrics and progress to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile project management role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to foster collaboration and build a positive team environment.
• Proficiency in facilitating Agile techniques such as backlog refinement, burndown charts, and velocity.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
